GENERAL COUNSEL

OPERATIONS REVIEW:  Firm reviewed entire business operations for small business and revised the entire process for company from initial sales information and disclosures, through contracting and fulfillment, and back-end document retention policies.

GENERAL COUNSEL:  Firm represented company on daily matters encountered by company from such things as employment, contracting, collection, and corporate structure.

OUT OF STATE MATTERS:  Firm acted as general counsel to oversee out-of-state litigation to ensure that law firm handling case was appropriately performing work and that the nature of the work performed as well as the time spent on performing the work was reasonable and was necessarily incurred.

STRATEGIC PLANNING:  Met with Directors of company to discuss long-term growth and expansion plans for company.  Discussed various issues and options to ensure long-term growth of company and various loss mitigation strategies to be implemented.
