REAL ESTATE - TRANSACTION

 Negotiated and closed $10 Million financing for commercial real estate development

A distressed commercial developer sought financing for purposes of restructuring debt.  This firm represented the private party lender to negotiate the terms of the loan and prepare all of the loan documents.  The transaction successfully closed and the financing was provided.

 Negotiated restructure of $9 Million of commercal loan debt with local bank

A local real estate broker solicited his clients to purchase a home that he owned personally. He failed to disclose the true condition condition of the property and the status of repairs. After a jury trial, damages and attorney fees were awarded against the real estate broker for over $150,000.00

REAL ESTATE - LITIGATION

  JUDGMENT – Judgment entered against Real Estate Broker

A local real estate broker solicited his clients to purchase a home that he owned personally.  He failed to disclose the true condition condition of the property and the status of repairs.  After a jury trial, damages and attorney fees were awarded against the real estate broker for over $150,000.00 

JUDGMENT – Breach of Commercial Lease

A tenant under a retail lease failed to pay rent and the landlords, a husband and wife, retained the law firm to sue to recover the unpaid rent and damages.  After a trial, a judgment was entered against the tenant company and teh tenant company's President under a personal guaranty for over $100,000 plus an award of attorney fees and court costs.
