CONSTRUCTION TRANSACTIONS

THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME HISTORICAL CASES AND CLIENTS REPRESENTED BY THE FIRM

GENERAL CONTRACTORS:  Represented general contractors in creating and implementing construction contracts with owners and drafting contracts for use with subcontractors.

LIEN CLAIMS.  Filing of mechanics lien claims for general contractors and subcontractors for labor and materials provided on projects.

SUBCONTRACTORS:  Represented subcontractors in negotiations with general contractors regarding construction contract terms. 

OWNERS:  Representing owners in negotiating with general contractors and developers in construction and development contracts.

LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT:  Represented developers with parcel-splits, party-wall agreements, zoning issues, planning issues, entitlements and numerous other development issues.

FINANCING:  Assisted with construction loans for development project.
